This one day conference dedicated to Colorado's local grain economy aims to inspire businesses and farms growing and using local grains to envision pathways for sustainable growth and increased market impact.

The conference features curated networking sessions, expert panels, and demonstrations highlighting innovation across the grain supply chain. Our goal is to create an environment that fosters partnerships, provides pathways to market expansion, and connects grain producers with businesses across Colorado.

This event is co-hosted by the Colorado Grain Chain and the Northwest & Rocky Mountain Regional Food Business Center.

Scholarships

The Colorado Grain Chain has a limited number of NextGen Scholarships available to support new, beginning, and aspiring farm and food industry professionals, including interns, enrolled students, makers, farmers, and individuals from historically marginalized communities such as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). Scholarships are available to support registration and travel support. Apply for a scholarship here.
