Join Polar Planet & Canada Geese Protection Colorado for a hands-on trash blitz focused on Barnum Lake and Weir Gulch.
We will stage two ground zeroes: one between the ponds, and one at the gulch. We will be collecting trash, reducing waste, and utilizing trash pickers, buckets and bags to dispose of in dumpsters to support urban wildlife conservation.
We will also have plenty of waders to do the shoreline and 2 SUP's to do the pond.
This event is perfect for anyone looking to make a positive impact on the local environment and contribute to improving the ambiance of Barnum Park.
