Volunteers for Outdoor CO: Butterfly Monitoring

Join VOC to help monitor the threatened Pawnee Montane Skipper butterfly — a species found only here in Colorado! Volunteers will use binoculars to spot and record skippers, note nearby host plants and trees, and contribute vital data for conservation efforts. The Pawnee montane skipper faces threats from habitat loss, wildfires, and climate change.
